Susan is not only kind, but gentle and thorough. I didn’t mention my stained front tooth, but I know she spent longer on it to see if she could remove the stain. It worked!!

Dr Alper and Donna, his assistant, have excellent bedside manner and are very experienced with a gum graft procedure. They thoroughly explained every step along the way and made sure I was comfortable.

By the time I came to Dr. Alper for an implant, I had already gone through three failed implants with a previous oral surgeon. I was extremely hesitant and honestly ready to give up—but I’m so grateful I didn’t.My experience at Alper Periodontics & Implants was well worth it. Because of my past experiences, I was anxious about nearly every part of the process, but Dr. Alper and his team took the time to walk me through everything and ease my nerves. Even if the implant hadn’t been successful, I would still give them five stars based on the level of care and compassion I received.That said, on my fourth implant—and Dr. Alper’s first attempt—it was successful. Beyond that, Dr. Alper also performed cosmetic gum work to correct the caving caused by my previous failed procedures. He paid close attention to detail and made sure everything looked as natural as possible, which meant so much to me, especially since it’s a front tooth and I’m a 24-year-old woman.Going in, I didn’t have high expectations given my history, but Alper Periodontics exceeded them in every way. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Alper carefully explained the planned procedure and provided ample time to consider the options. They also let you know well ahead of time what your bill will look like. This is extremely helpful when having something like a tooth extraction completed in order to plan financially.
